EOD Code SRL is a company registered in the Republic of Costa Rica under corporate ID 3-101-910497 and licensed to offer interactive games of chance. References to “Lucky Pays Casino”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms mean EOD Code SRL.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to the Services is prohibited from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States and its territories, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and others listed on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Services is lawful in your location. We use geolocation technology to block access from restricted territories, and any funds deposited from such locations will be forfeited.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds

• Deposits can be made using approved payment methods and must come from accounts/cards in your own name.
• We are not a financial institution; deposited funds earn no interest and are not protected by deposit insurance.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit method where possible and are subject to verification, anti-money laundering checks, and withdrawal limits (currently €4,000/day, €10,000/week, €20,000/month or currency equivalent).
• Maximum cumulative profit from casino games (excluding progressive jackpots) in any 24-hour period is capped depending on your player tier (€100,000 for VIPs, €25,000 for mid-tier, €5,000 for standard users).
• No refunds are available on deposits except in specific circumstances outlined in these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

We provide tools for self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cooling-off periods. You may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or the Services.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits (generally no more than 30% of the active deposit/bonus value), and maximum win caps. Certain betting patterns (including low-risk bets covering most outcomes, bonus-delay tactics, or strategy abuse) are considered irregular play and may result in bonus cancellation and account restrictions.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or exploitative behaviour, including the use of bots, advantage play techniques, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes. We reserve the right to void winnings, close accounts, and retain balances if prohibited conduct is detected.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
